1. The straightener consists of an external horizontal straightener and an internal vertical straightener. Each straightener has 12 straightener wheels, and the last two straightener wheels are divided into two parts, which can ensure the independent adjustment of double-line steel bar straightening. Due to the mechanical memory drum device, the position of the straightening wheel can be adjusted quickly, because the memory drum can memorize the position of the straightening wheel when straightening each steel bar diameter. The external straightener has a rebar end holding shuttle to temporarily hold the rebar before it enters the process.
2. The traction mechanism and the measuring system are composed of four wheels: one wheel driven by a numerical control servo motor; two wheels with air pressure, and one of them is a measuring wheel; because the air pressure under the traction wheel can be adjusted, it can ensure the accurate advance of the reinforcement without damaging the surface of the reinforcement. 3. The bending mechanism consists of a bending arm that can rotate and contract forward and backward, and is driven by a CNC servo motor. A pneumatic pushing mechanism can move the whole bending arm back and forth so as to realize the bending in two directions. The bending center shaft can be replaced within a few seconds, and the bending tool does not need to be replaced when the circular ring or the circular arc is processed. 4. Cutting consists of a fixed blade and a moving blade driven by a motor. The fixed blade is used to limit the direction of the rebar and can be quickly replaced in seconds. 5.
